Senior International
Congratulations to Olena and Emma who competed as WAG Senior International athletes at the 2023 Australian Gymnastics Championships for the first time!
Olena delivered a fantastic achievement with an upgraded 1.5 twist Yurchenko on day 1, and her quality and overall performance increased her AA score by 2 whole marks on day 2. Keep working hard on your upgraded progressions Olena!
Emma exhibited incredible drive and hard work in the lead-up to the competition - Emma you are an incredible worker and we can’t wait to get back into the gym to get those upgrades going!
Level 10 (16u)
Junior International
Congratulations to Ursula who was crowned the WAG Junior International Champion. Ursula also placed 1st on Bars, 1st on Beam, and 2nd on Floor. This is an amazing achievement and a testament to your training, commitment, and perseverance. We are so incredibly proud!!
Future International
Congratulations to WA WAG Future International gymnast Alex. Alex placed 3rd on Vault and 3rd on Bars in the 14 and under division. We are incredibly proud of your determination, focus, and positivity.
Congratulations to Chloe who placed 3rd AA, 3rd on Vault and 2nd on Bars in WAG National Level 10, 16 and under division. You have worked so hard leading into this competition. We are proud of your composure, quality and always being a great team mate.
Level 9, 15 years and under
Congratulations to Arihanna who placed 1st on Vault and 2nd on Bars in the WAG Level 9, 15years and under division. Your power on vault was exceptional and over 2 days you performed a perfect bar routine with fantastic quality. We are so proud of how far you have come.
