Foundation Programs
Fun and flexible term-based classes that teach children of all ages fundamental gymnastics skills. Foundation programs are taught by qualified gymnastics coaches, giving children the opportunity to progress into Women’s or Men’s Artistic Gymnastics, or into our specialist gymnastics programs.

Competitive Programs
PGA offers pathways in the Gymnastics Australia National and International Levels programs. Our tailored, high-performance coaching techniques help athletes reach their fullest potential, with gymnasts competing at state, national and international events, including the Commonwealth and Olympic games.

We offer specialist gymnastics programs for all ages and abilities, including recreational gymnastics classes, competitive gymnastics programs, and our renowned high-performance gymnastics program that develops international athletes.
